Campus Writing Center

Sessions for Reading Strategies and CATW Exam

Library 1st floor

Sessions for Reading Strategies (BE-122 and BE-226) and CATW Exam (BE-112 and BE-205).

After hours of classroom instruction, the Campus Writing Center gives students the chance to practice and prepare for the BE reading exams and the CATW Exam.

Our sessions help students get ready for these exams by enhancing their test-taking skills, as well as comprehension and critical thinking strategies.

Students preparing for the CATW Exam are guided through the criteria required for a passing essay. Students work together in groups, allowing them to share their newfound knowledge. Sessions cover all aspects of the essay, from grammatical tips to stylistic advice.

Reading strategies sessions and CATW review sessions are held throughout the semester. We encourage you to attend! Visit the CWC (1st floor of Library building, room L-118) and sign up for one that fits your schedule.
