CONNECTION ISSUES As with any online session, there are many reasons a session might be dropped: connection problems, server issues, hardware issue, etc. If your computer screen keeps freezing, try turning off your video camera by clicking the camera icon at the bottom of the screen. You can still use your microphone. In the event that your tutor is disconnected in the middle of your session, kindly stay on the session link, and wait for your tutor to reconnect. In the event that you get disconnected, your tutor will remain in the session until the scheduled end time, so please try your best to reconnect. SCREENSHOTTING Screenshotting may be helpful to share information when you are having trouble converting documents to PDFs, or when you cannot share your screen with your tutor. It is also useful when you want to save any notes you have made using the ‘Whiteboard’ option on Blackboard Collaborate. You can screenshot a whole page, or even a section of a page.
